We absolutely loved working with Bryan Suarez. He is phenomenal. Great communication, patient, knowledgeable, a pleasure to be around, with such a positive, calming attitude. He is highly responsive and never pushy or judgemental. Bryan took the extra mile to reach out to agents before even viewing homes to get more background information. He always came prepared with details regarding the home. We were on the go, house hunting on a regular, and he could always be counted on. What I really loved was when I noticed he was looping everyone in on the process, holding all parties involved accountable for their part. He would call and email our lender and the escrow company, touching basis with everyone to keep us all on task. He always reached out to us to provide information and reminders. It was such a joy working with him. :) We recommend him to anyone. I saw where someone else mentioned that they were almost sad to have found a home because they will miss his presence. It is so funny, because it is so true. We felt that exact same way. It is like having found a great new friend and now they are leaving you. We went from talking to him almost every day and seeing him just about as much. So he will be missed. But we have taken Bryan on as an addition to our family. So we will always recommend him to others and if we have a need, he will be our choice.:)
