The sale of our 83 year old house required 3 months of work by our Turpin realtor - Bryan Seavey. The process became complicated when two competing offers were quickly received and a contract signed with the one who promised a quick close. After more then a month of delays and extensions that buyer failed to meet a "time of the essence" declaration and the contract was terminated. The process was then restarted a new buyer was found and the sale finalized in about 4 weeks. Our realtor and his partner were reliable professional and kept us informed on a regular basis. After the aborted start the process was completed in a timely manner - and we are very pleased and satisfied.

The whole process of selling our home was especially professional personal and ultimately successful. Our agent Bryan was able to sell our house in four days! From start to finish I could not have been happier with the support that Bryan Seavey and his team provided me on the sale of my home.
