In nearly 20 years of being a homeowner and having bought and sold multiple homes, I can honestly say Bryan is the best realtor I've ever worked with. Many people don't understand or appreciate the tireless work that goes into being a realtor, especially when it comes to customer service - but Bryan is one of the few that hits it out of the park (and this is coming from someone who is probably a high maintenance client ). He understands what is at stake and the stress that is involved in buying/selling a home, and his responsiveness and always-positive attitude are second-to-none. He doesn't steer you towards a purchase that he wants you to make, he gives you as much information as he can to help you make the decision that is right for you. If he doesn't have an answer for you, he does the research and tracks it down. We went on a tireless search for a home on a tight timeline and we couldn't have made it work without someone like Bryan on our side. He's honest and to the point (good or bad), works his tail off, and is just an overall great guy. Can't ask for much more than that. I would happily vouch for him to anyone that is looking into hiring Bryan as their realtor to buy or sell or both.

I was selling my condo and the closing was extended 3 times because of issues with the buyers lender. This was very stressful for me as I was depending on this sale to move out of Minneapolis and I had quit my job in anticipation of moving when the first date of closing was scheduled. Bryan went above and beyond to alleviate my stress and worries. He kept on the lender and made sure they were keeping on track to get the closing done and made sure all the documents were being completed. He always kept me informed of how the progress was going. He is awesome and also I had an offer on my condo within 3 days of listing it thanks to Bryan.
