I would not hesitate to recommend working with Bryan especially if you are buying or selling in a bedroom/local development community home. Our personal experience in working with Bryan was selling our home. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained how the process would work. Bryan also does his own homework researching the area and visiting area homes listed for sale to use for comps. Another factor that we feel contributed to us getting more than asking for our home is Bryan has a professional stager he works with that came into our home and helped us stage the home for showings. We were very happy with our experience and asked him to list my Mom's house to sell as well. We sold the home in 24 hours with a VA loan. Due to the loan being a VA there were a few additional items that needed to be completed for purchase. Bryan offered to come out and help us complete them if we needed. We appreciated Bryan's willingness to jump in and help to close the sale. Lastly, I would like to share Bryan also sold my son his first home. My son was only 21yrs. and I was very concerned when he told me he was purchasing a foreclosure for his first home. Bryan was very thorough in combing through the home with my son to ensure it was a solid purchase for him, he treated him just as if it was his own son. My son has since been in the home more than 6 years now, has married and had a child with no major surprises after his purchase. This says a lot about the character, professionalism and ethics of Bryan. I would without a doubt recommend Bryan to my friends or family looking to buy or sell.
