Bryan helped secure a deal on land in a timely fashion. This allowed me to get a very good price and keep someone else from buying the land. I had contacted Bryan over the weekend and wanted to proceed as quickly as possible to make the deal before someone else entered into picture. He quickly contacted the realtor who had the listing and the paperwork was done in proper time.
