A caring agent that puts his clients first
Before we begin, we need to say that our decision to buy a home happened very quickly. Our In-laws live in Arizona, and because of their advanced ages, we had to make the decision to either move to Arizona to help them out or to bring them back here to Apple Valley. The Arizona market was as hot as it's temperature in August, and we just couldn't find what we wanted for a price that we thought was reasonable. So, the decision was made to bring them back to Apple Valley, but our 1404sqft house just wasn't large enough. We looked at a house on a Wednesday, made the offer the next day, and the next 30 days were exciting, to say the least. Through it all, Bryan was handling the purchase of the new house, along with the sale of our old house. It had been 31yrs since we had last bought a house, and the process had changed quite a bit. A LOT more documents have to be provided, and it seemed like we were constantly firing off docs to the realtor, the finance company, and the escrow company. We were pulling our hair out. Through it all, Bryan was the voice of calm and greatly helped us through this tough process. Whenever we needed his assistance or advice, he was there. If we needed him to swing by the house, he was there. We can't say enough about Bryan's attentiveness to his customer's needs. If you need a realtor that will go the extra mile for you, Bryan is your guy. Even after the docs were finalized and we got our keys, Bryan was there for us. He and his team provided us with a great housewarming gift and as an extra bonus, made us a framed picture of our old house that we now proudly display on the fireplace mantle of the new place. We had a lot of great memories in the 31yrs that we lived there, and we will treasure that picture forever.
