Best agent ever

Brian was knowledgeable about the property. Most agents are but Brian offered more noticing issues that might need addressing then giving helpful information as to the need for immediate fix or if it was purely cosmetic. He immediately got information on what was to be left in the house and what was to be removed. On top of all that he is so nice. I felt respected not silly for asking dumb questions we old ladies tend to ask. I am 79 years so will not buy another home but if I did no one but Brian would be my realtor.
