Bryan helped me list and sell my first home. Selling your first home can be a stressful and emotional experience but working with Bryan made the process much easier. He was quick and thorough in his responses and was highly involved in the process from the onset. Brian was knowledgeable about the property. Most agents are but Brian offered more noticing issues that might need addressing then giving helpful information as to the need for immediate fix or if it was purely cosmetic. He immediately got information on what was to be left in the house and what was to be removed. On top of all that he is so nice. I felt respected not silly for asking dumb questions we old ladies tend to ask. I am 79 years so will not buy another home but if I did no one but Brian would be my realtor.

I touched base with Bryan in Spring 2023 thru 55 Places!. He was very knowledgeable about the Entire Area we were interested in. He began by sending me emails with different homes over several months. He always accepted my calls and answered my many questions no matter how unreasonable. We finally made a trip to the area. And Bryan spent 3 entire days with us!! He was unbelievable!! 😂 He finally figured out that we really wanted was a new home and took us to several new home models in two different counties. We found a home we loved and put in a contract. Thus began our almost 1 year journey to move to SC! Terrible realtor in Florida. Bryan stuck with us! And so did the builder!! Thru not 1 but 3 home purchases before a buyer was found a serious buyer for house in Florida!! He did the walk throughs for us on 2 different homes!!! He sat for 4 hours with us on closing day when there was a mix up with the paperwork!! Never complained was always pleasant and kind and really went above and beyond every step of the way! We moved into our Dream Home on August 30, 2024 my husband's birthday 🎂!! We have made a friend for sure!!

Brian is one of the most dedicated professionals I have encountered in all of my years. He has a genuine concern for his clients. When it comes time to get things done he is there for you at any time. Beside being a great business man he has a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor. We came from South Florida where we had a dreadful experience with the reality company we hired. Bryan was there for us every step of the way. He was always there with encouragement and a very positive attitude that everything would work out. It is now September 2024 and one year later we are in South Carolina with the home that we wanted and very content. In addition to acquiring our new home we also have found a very reliable new friend! Believe me when I tell you , I can not recommend Bryan high enough !
