Due to David's broken foot at age 66, we were suddenly motivated to move from our two story house in Escondido to a one story place in North County. Cindy had met Bryan through the Senior education services he provides at Oasis in Rancho Bernardo, and was impressed with his character and knowledge. At our first meeting with Bryan to explore the idea of moving, he helped us understand the process and calmly explained the variety of services he could provide. We decided to move forward, and all along the way he was available, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, connected us to the workers and experts we needed, and helped us know what was important to accomplish next. The offer of Senior Movers to help us stage, pack, unpack and oversee the moving was a true gift. We were connected to financial folks to help understand our options, and had excellent people to help to secure our new mortgage and title transfers. Bryan took the lead in selling our house, and Tina Courtney from his office assisted with our search for a new home. She helped us explore 55+ neighborhoods across North County--her expertise in this area was most valuable. We were surprised at how many options were available and affordable for our age group. With the help provided, we were able to sell our house during the first weekend of open house showings. Tina helped us secure a lovely home in Oceana (Oceanside) that met all of our needs. We are very happy to be on this side of the move, and appreciative of the expertise that made the move possible. I highly recommend the services that Bryan and Tina provide for seniors. They really are the right specialists for this job!
