Bryan and his team did a great job for us. So much has changed since the last time we sold a home, it felt like we were starting from scratch to understand the process, the market, our prospects, and the viability of our future plans and dreams. But Bryan schooled us in just the right ways, and helped us get done quickly the fixes we needed to inspire the greatest buyer confidence and show our home in its best light, so we could maximize the selling price. Also, he was the point of contact and in charge of all the services we needed to make the move to our retirement community - linking us to senior move managers who helped us downsize, prep for showing, pack, transport, unpack and put away all of our household elements. Bryn's team made things clear so we could be confident at every step. They provided great support for a transition that was as challenging as anything we've undertaken.

My parents who are in their late eighties needed to sell their senior community home after a sudden move to Assisted Living. Bryan and Gina took all the stress out of the sale of my home,bringing in a contractor to handle all repairs in a professional and timely manner. They had my home staged and photographed to attract buyers. I now live on the east coast and even with the 3 hour time difference the communication was excellent.
