Bryan Clark is top notch. My first deal with Bryan involved the sale of my former home a couple years back where Bryan's listing received 20 offers in three days and Bryan helped me obtain top dollar for the sale. This past month Bryan helped me get into my new home much below asking price after some negotiation. Each experience has been exceptional. In my 83 years on this earth I have not experienced a realtor with as much professionalism as Bryan Clark. Besides securing a contract on my house in less than 2 weeks, he arranged to have it cleaned and made presentable at a cost that was far below what estimates that I had acquired. Since I was absent from the property due to living 100 miles away he handled everything on my behalf. After the first contract fell through, he had secured another within 24 hours at a higher selling price than the first! To further demonstrate this man's abilities, when it was learned that I would be out-of-the-country for the Closing, Bryan's Dad, James, stepped in with my Power of Attorney and got the job. Bryan was an incredible relator to work with! I had to sell my house unexpectedly and he was there with me every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, incredibly patient, and he was always available to speak with when I had questions. They were all professional, skillful, efficient and really cared about getting the job done right. He even helped me organize a timetable so everyone was on the same page. The media team that Bryan worked with photographed the house beautifully. The house sold incredibly fast and for more then the asking price, it was on the market for less than 3 days!
