Bryan is the third realtor my wife and I have worked with. He went so far above and beyond our previous realtors, it's mind-boggling to think we were at one point pleased with the prior ones. Started off selling our townhome. The listing had great photos and virtual tours. While our last realtor balked at the idea of doing an open house, Bryan hosted an open house as soon as the property hit the market. Smart, because we were able to get feedback from all the potential homebuyers and make modifications. One of the people from the initial open house did end up buying the property after a week of negotiations, but it was still a great strategy. Searching for homes was easy. Bryan was great about changing our search criteria and going to look at properties. One house in particular stands out: listed for a good bit lower than comparable ones in the area (Eagan) and was only on the market for one day before an offer was accepted. There were so many realtor cards on the kitchen counter, you'd mistake this single family home for a realtor's convention. Obviously, we didn't buy that property, but to drop everything to show us a place that Bryan knew was going to be a long shot was pretty fantastic. My wife and my schedules are fairly hectic, but Bryan was very accommodating and willing to find times that worked for us. Whether it was selling, searching, buying, negotiating, or quickly answering my endless questions about the process, Bryan was miles ahead of the rest.
