Bryan Balducki

To simply put it, Bryan was fantastic. Being a first time home buyer was probably the most stressful/ frightening event thus far in my life. That being said, Bryan handled it all to ease my mind. With the housing market insane as it is right now; we looked at dozens & dozens of houses, putting out numerous offers, all while facing unwavering rejection. This bothered me but Bryan was unfazed, consistently looking for properties that abided by my wants (which were unrealistic). I was a lot more picky than I should have been based on my price range & location I desired. After 6 (!!) months, keeping my wants in mind, Bryan finally came upon the house I bought. I found out afterwards, it is not typical that the realtor joins the buyer at the inspection nor the closing of the property. However, Bryan did for me!! That's the type of sevice & devotion Bryan provided me. I cannot thank him enough. I will use him for all my future real estate purchases & I would encourage others to do the same.
