Difficult purchase
Bryan was able to navigate the complexities of of a hostile tenant ,a estate type sale. he was tactful when needed and forceful when he needed to be. I felt he was in our corner and seemed to be educated in all areas of our sale. He went the extra mile when the selling agent was less than forthcoming. I would recommend him to anyone.
