Erika and Bryan were wonderful to work with when selling my home. I was able to get the selling price I wanted for my home and it was such a seamless process. I had a tight turn around to put my home on the market and sell quickly, as I was moving cross country and starting a new job. They went out of their way to make that happen and always seemed happy to help with anything I needed- even when I ran into issues with my moving company and needed help getting my things out of the home after closing when the movers didn’t show. I would recommend them to anyone selling their home and would absolutely use them again if I were buying or selling in the Denver area.
