Erika is an extremely competent agent an absolute customer service professional who never needed to be asked or prompted to assist me at any time during the whole home purchase process. She consistently stayed one step ahead of the process for me so that all I had to do was confirm and sign the flow of paperwork and with the many home transactions I have done over the years, this was by far the least amount of stress I have ever experienced.
