She knew how to negotiate and find us everything we were looking for. Anytime we had questions day or night she was there to answer them. Honestly we had contacted many agents and she was the only one that took the time and had the patience with us.
I don't know how to start but since our first phone call I knew she was the one! Not only she is fast, she is very professional! She will get the job done and even go over board to get it done. If things got a little hard she will stay positive and work around it!! You won't meet a Realtor like her, she sticked by our side the whole time and explained every little thing! She also made sure we understood everything and got the house we wanted. Brunilda is very knowledgeable and very very communicative. She motivated us and taught us a lot of things. Working with her is definitely not a waste of time! She is a hustler, smart, and very friendly. We got a good deal and no we are officially home owners thanks to her!!
