In the beginning of 2019 my family and I decided to look for a home. I have never owned my own home before so, I unfortunately had no idea as to where to begin the process. To be quite honest, I met many real estate agents from young to older, men, women, from the San Bernardino area all the way to Chino Hills and cities in between. I asked questions about the home buying process but, the responses I would get back were not really clear answers. For me not knowing the real estate business I wanted to make sure I was able to trust the agent I would be working with to know they knew the real estate business, especially if they were going to help me find a home. I am not a person to take this lightly. Again, I met quite a few agents wanting to sell a home but, not one took the time to explain to me what to expect in detail. He explained to me how much to save, what to expect, basically making me feel very comfortable to began what I would say, almost a 6 month journey in finding a home. Bruce is very professional and would drive almost an hour or more depending on traffic to help us find our dream home. He was patient, he took the time to show us homes pretty much every weekend or during the week if needed. He was never late to meet to show us homes and again knew exactly what he was talking about. He is not arrogant, which I appreciate and he always remains patient and professional with all the millions of questions we had.
