This is a letter to extend my highest endorsement for Bruce Tawara of Weichert Realtors. Bruce recently brokered the sale of my grandmother’s home in the Stone Ridge Park development Aurora, Colorado not far from Buckley Air Force Base. This is the first time that my family has worked with Bruce and he came to us highly recommended by a close family friend, we were not disappointed. Our initial meeting with Bruce inspired confidence due to his notable preparedness, welcoming personality, and confident demeanor. He presented us with a portfolio which included some of his recent sales, and the services he would provide to ensure the rapid sale of our home. We thought that this would be a fairly straight forward and timely sale, unfortunately we were wrong. We worked closely with Bruce to maximize our profits and he found the right buyer in a timely manner. Surprisingly the older property failed inspection with some significant issues with the electrical and sewage systems. These repairs required permits and inspections from the city of Aurora, as well as contractors that would do the work in a timely manner so that we would not lose our buyer. Bruce tirelessly worked to coordinate all aspects of the repairs and inspections, sometimes rolling up his sleeves and doing the work himself!! He was able to keep the buyers happy with effective communication and assurances and the work was completed to their satisfaction. The rest of the transaction went smoothly. Bruce was the right agent to represent my family for this sale and I would not hesitate to use him again.
