It was truly a blessing working with Bruce. Humble,Resourceful, Dedicated, Honest Hard working. I really cant say enough good things about the guy and the experience. Bruce helped us sell a home in disrepair for my Dad's probate case. I have never dealt with selling a house before and Bruce patiently walked me through the process and even taught me a thing or two . Bruce made sure my family got exactly what we needed for the property and also sold it in a timely manner. Let me tell you. Bruce not only advised me through the whole process but help me get rid of old boats that my father had. he helped empty a leaky sink from overflowing while I was gone. he even made a minor home repair to satisfy the buyers loan and finally sell the property.
