Over the last several years Bruce Olsen has been our realtor in eight transactions representing us as both sellers and buyers of homes and property. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with years of experience and we highly recommend him.

Bruce is a terrific realtor and a great guy. We would use him again without hesitation.

Bruce was sensitive to our requirement in finding a home in an extremely time-challenged period. He arranged the multiple properties we viewed in a manner which helped us learn the location pros and cons. Bruce adapted our search as he learned our preferences. We ended up with the perfect location and property with a closing completed in less than 3 weeks.
