I recently had the pleasure of working with Bruce to purchase my first home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Bruce was professional. He is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I didn't lead myself astray. For example, I really, really, really wanted to look at a condo I fell in love with online, but it was in a flood zone and Bruce absolutely refused. We looked at another home I really liked, cute, small, perfect for just me, but he noticed the roof needed work and one of the two bedrooms didn't have a closet. He steered me away from that. At each step in the whole process, Bruce came through with his commitment to excellence. His negotiation skills were first-rate – he consistently found ways to get me the best deal possible. He also went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Throughout our journey, Bruce demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on a particular property, he took it all in stride. He went out of his way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding.

Bruce was efficient, attentive, and dedicated to finishing the job. We had an admittedly difficult home to revitalize and sell, but he helped tremendously with the work, getting contractors, and supervising the project. If I need to find an agent, Bruce will be my go-to from now on and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Bruce worked with me for over a year before I actually pulled the trigger to sell. He kept me up to date on the market prices and conditions so that I felt comfortable that my timing would achieve top dollar for the house. Bruce's insight into the kinds of improvements the market would responded to was spot on as was his recommended on the list price. As a nice bonus, Bruce sent his stager over gratis to tweak the decor prior to the listing photo session. That was a good call on Bruce's part because the stager enhanced the attractiveness of the rooms in the photos. When the listing went live, the property received multiple bids over asking price in just the first few days. Once we selected the best Buyer and had inspections, there were some normal requests for repairs from the Buyer. Bruce and I discussed my options and agreed on a course of action. Bruce quickly negotiated a value for the repair request that was satisfactory to both parties. It was a win-win negotiation and obvious that Bruce had a very professional and positive approach to working with Buyer's agents. Bruce previewed all Buyers prior to sending me any offers so we were working only with qualified prospects. The property closed on time and smoothly at Bruce's recommended title company. I was copied on all documents along the way and felt very included and in control of the transactions. All in all, Bruce's expertise made the process of selling the house very smooth, pain free and solved every problem (and they were all minor problems) quickly and satisfactorily. I can highly recommend Bruce as a real estate professional. He will successfully sell your house or help you buy the best house for your budget because he cares about his clients and has their best interest at heart.

Based on the date I placed my townhouse on the market Bruce knew about how long it would take to sell and he was very close. I did have a few issues with foundation work, association insurance and interior issues, but Bruce handled most of them without much issues for me.
