Bruce Morke is an excellent agent. He is very patient in helping your perfect home. When we first started working with Bruce we were thinking about buying a home but were not serious yet. He sent us listings and helped us start all the paperwork. A year later we were serious and started the search again. He sent us listings and I sent him several listings which he gladly received and showed us. I appreciated his honestly regarding the future value of the home and location of the home.

Bruce has been my realtor since 2010 and he has done an exemplary job. He has found me tenants for two of my houses multiple times (3 for one by Lake Anna, and 3 times also for one in Fredericksburg) He has helped me with Comparative Market Analysis more than once on all three of my homes to help me to decide if I an sell, or rent, how much is it worth, etc. Bruce is an exemplary professional and a genuinely good guy with a ready smile and easy to like disposition. Bruce is my ONLY realtor and he will remain so for a long time. I heartily recommend Bruce Mork as a Buyers or Sellers agent. He is one of the best in our area.
