Bruce is an excellent realtor who is very professional, responsive and personable. We had very specific requirements so I'm sure we didn't make it easy for him. He seamlessly guided us through the sale of our house and purchase of our new one on a very challenging timeline. The sellers of our new home found another buyer and we only had one day to sell ours or our deal would have fallen through. He sold our house for FULL ASK in 5 hours! He also helped us get a great deal on our new house. He was always available to answer any questions we had, follow ups with buyers and sellers and provided excellent feedback and advice throughout the process. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Bruce!
