If you are looking to buy real estate, do yourself a favor and work with Bruce. Seriously. As first-time homebuyers, we did TONS of online research and did what we were told: interview multiple agents, find someone with local expertise, don't choose anyone too quickly. There were some good contenders. Then we met Bruce randomly, and he just seemed to GET us and what our needs were. So we chose him. It paid off. Buying a home is WORK, and Bruce isn't afraid to put in the labor. We saw dozens and dozens of homes. Put in multiple offers and counteroffers. Spent hours talking about numbers, pros & cons, calculating renovation costs, etc. It was seemingly never-ending. Bruce was guiding us every step of the way. When we needed to make a decision on the house we ultimately got, Bruce opened the property and sat with us until late in the night until we felt comfortable jumping for it. Then he was there for us through a long, arduous escrow process. At the end of all of this, I can say, we're pretty ready to buy another house with Bruce. It was fun! Alas, that will have to wait a few years..!

He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, prompt, and more importantly caring. Bruce ensured we were educated on every step of the process from the beginning to the end. He assisted with all of our concerns and never gave off the impression that he was bothered or annoyed which I appreciated so much because sometimes I can be a handful. This wasn’t our first time purchasing home so we had an experience to compare this one to and hands down we were and still are extremely impressed with the service we received. For instance, after the purchase we ran into a concern with the gas company, there was a gas leak we needed to have fixed. I don’t know why I called Bruce because this had absolutely nothing to do with him, but I did call. Bruce sprang into action and got a plumber out to our home that same day. The plumber resolved the concern quickly , professionally and the cost was affordable. I am so thankful we decided to use Bruce as our agent as I feel have a found a friend in this man.
