Bruce left no stone unturned in his effort to find us a buyer. He mailed numerous fliers, went door to door, and held at least a half dozen open houses. He placed numerous directional signs to ensure that no one missed the events. I was shocked to regularly receive detailed reports about his activities and the potential buyer traffic.
