Bonnie is an amazing agent who helped us find our dream first home. We both had some anxieties with finding our first home and were not too sure what we wanted when we first started, but Bonnie gave us some good advice and we began our search on Zillow. We found a house that we thought would be perfect and it was the first house we visited! To our surprise, a similar house with a slightly bigger floor plan was also available and after touring it we knew it was our dream home, but the price was a little too high for our liking. Bonnie was able to negotiate a price that was about $40,000 less than the asking. We were totally amazed and knew we had to go for it right then and there! After moving, we were struggling to get internet services installed even though we were initially promised they would be ready to go by the time we moved in.
