There are plenty of reasons Bruce was still our choice as an agent over a span of more than 15 years. The most important two are probably his effort and his integrity. Of course, we also trust that he knows the ins and outs of the transaction process, and that knowledge, gained over years of experience, helps keep things going smoothly. For this sale we had considered selling to one of our tenants at a deal just for the simplicity of not having to list it. But the tenants weren't really that serious of taking the opportunity to own their own home. So we asked Bruce if he could help us again. I had prepared the house well for a buyer's inspection and Bruce took that into account in his market analysis to suggest a listing price. We set the price about $17,000 above what I may have gotten from the tenants, and two months later we accepted a full price offer that then closed within the contractual time period. Another great experience that will keep us using Bruce as long as he stays in the business!
