The home my wife and I worked with Mr. Elsey to purchase is our second home we have owned and this was the better of the two experiences by FAR. Mr. Elsey certainly did everything you would expect of a real estate agent throughout the home hunting, viewing, negotiating, purchasing, etc. processes but what stood out to me in the best possible way was his kindness and consistently going far above and beyond expectations to help us out. He is clearly someone who is experienced and seasoned in real estate work and this meant that any time I felt there may be an issue or concern and reached out Mr. Elsey was already two steps ahead of me working towards resolving the issue. He is an honest man who clearly cares about his clients and has the integrity to go the extra mile to help get customers into homes they will be happy in, not just closing sales. Outside of all of his excellent work in helping my family find our new home I feel even better moving my family to the Martinsburg, WV area knowing we already have a friend locally in Mr. Elsey and expect to use him for any future real estate needs he is able/willing to take us on for.
