The home buying experience for the most part was positive. We had issues with the realtor's assistant sending emails that were not accurate. Also the realtor's assistant did not return emails and phone calls! Our recommendation would be commit to the client and deliver on expectations...not have us follow up! Our realtor was helpful throughout the process, but we felt that the home buying experience could have went smoother.
