Bruce had a terrific understanding of the area, which was important because we were new. He helped us not only with the process of selecting a house, but also with understanding aspects of the properties that were new to us (i.e. wells and titration systems). His communication was prompt and clear, and we always felt that we trusted him. Overall a great agent and would use him again in the future.
