Bruce Bielaski

We met Bruce at an open house years ago and he has been our 'go-to' man in San Diego. With Bruce's expertise and assistance, we not only purchased a wonderful house in South Park for a fair price, but also sold a rental property in only a few days. Bruce handled the nitty-gritty negotiations in both deals and helped coordinate with our tenants for open houses, photographers, etc., making it easy for us during an otherwise stressful process. Bruce has been delightful to work with over the years - he is smart, kind, funny, extremely professional and knows the market inside and out. We have recommended him to several friends (and Bruce has helped many of them find wonderful homes) and have every intention of using his services next time we need to do so.
