Bruce has been an amazing agent and friend. He hung in with us for a very long and winding journey to our first home! He was just the right person for us. Bruce is exceptionally good at his job and pleasant to work with. He helped us buy our first home. He knew the area well and provided great guidance. We were so impressed by what he would catch when we visited homes for sale. One time, he told us that we'd want to be sure to have the A/C thoroughly checked out if we further pursued a house we'd viewed. When I asked why, he mentioned that he'd seen a window A/C unit in a closet - which can signify HVAC problems. I would have never made that connection. He helped us notice things like that all the time. As a result, we are in a home now that we absolutely love. He has continued to be a great resource for us, always able to provide recommendations for contractors and other services. Would be thrilled to work with Bruce again!
