The Holbrook's helped us sell our small farm and buy our new farm. They were very patient with us as we spent months planning and deliberating. We were relocating from Colorado to Washington. We were not sure what area we would buy a property, but Diana and Bruce were happy to help wherever we decided to settle. Diana had no idea how serious we were at first, but she never treated us like we were a waste of time. When we decided we wanted to look on Bainbridge Island, they made the long drive to walk through half a dozen homes. As a first-time home buyer making a purchase on my own, I was nervous about the process. I was referred to the Holbrook's by a friend because I was looking for a horse property in Thurston County. I wanted a home that was, for the most part, move-in ready, with flat and dry acreage for horses. With my budget, this request was challenging, and Bruce and Diana stuck with me for over 2 years as I waited for the right place to come along. As soon as the right property was listed, the process moved fast. Communication was excellent, and they made sure I knew what was happening and what the next steps would be. Bruce and Diana helped us house hunt and find the perfect house for us. They had patience as we took our time to find the right house. They were pro-active in placing bids and had suggestions on what we should do based on the economy. Once we finally got our bid accepted they helped when needed. They set up all the inspections, dealt with issues that arose, they are readily there throughout the whole process. We were in good hands and they made the experience as stress free as possible.
