Dealing with Brooks was such a pleasant surprise. I have to admit, I can be difficult with questions and expectations. Sadly, I went into the situation thinking it would be just another realtor doing nothing expecting a check. I was so very wrong. Brooks answered ever question immediately. The greatest thing she did was sent reminders and updates on the things going on with the property and signatures or timelines I needed to meet.
