I'm deaf, so I understand that's a chore for anyone in-itself. Brooks went above and beyond. Any showing I wanted, she was there. Any problem I had, she was there. Whatever any possible question, issue, curiosity; she was there. Stellar service all the way through to the very end. I'm very happy where I am.
