Brooke knows Santa Barbara and is great to work with. He helped us out for about 3 years while we were looking all over Santa Barbara, before settling in on the Mesa, where he helped with finding our home and closing escrow. He now is instrumental in helping us with getting our house ready for move-in. Really could not ask for more. Brooke has gone way above my expectations.
