We started our journey not knowing a single thing about home ownership. Brooke answered every question and was there every step of the way. Especially being a first time home buyer I had A LOT of questions and worries. I even threw in a million different buying senarios and she was able to lead me in the right direction for each one. She has a vision and makes things happen. Always answered right away. Im the type to get buyers remorse on every single purchase and over think every little detail, but this was absolutely not the case. Brooke is not a used car salesman and was down to earth about everything. No sketchy contracts or obligations just straight forward. When we went into negotiations she was an absolute rockstar and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. Brooke helping us find this location and this house was absolutely perfect. Everything went smoothly without any hic-ups or drama. I can confidently look back at all the options we had on the table and be so thankful we closed on our perfect home. As far as financing, she had some good recommendations. When one wasn't the right fit she was able to find us someone who matched us perfectly and made things happen. I honestly believe we would not be where we are at without her. Even the network of people around her she has managed to build up was impressive. Brooke was such an amazing agent. She worked hard to get my kids and I into our first home. She was very mindful of our circumstances and did everything she could to make this experience pleasant. She was great about working around my schedule and even went as far as to bring papers for me to sign to my job which was super helpful.
