In a rough, and confusing housing market Brooke couldn't have made us more comfortable! Brooke took into consideration everything we both wanted even though my husband and I disagreed on some things. She is so very patient, kind, and caring. She does her work so seamlessly it's as if we were her only clients. We always felt as though we were her priority. She made time for us in her busy schedule to look at ANY home we wanted to even if it may have been out of our price range. My husband and I were on different shifts at one point and she even went as far as to come back to the same house twice so that she made sure we both could see it. She knew what to look for in a home to make sure it had a good foundation as well. She even had an inspector lined up for us who did an amazing job as well. I could go on forever with how understanding and sweet she was. I will always recommend her to anyone we come across who is looking to purchase a home! Having to purchase a home over FaceTime is always rough, but Brooke made the process so smooth and easy. Of course there were a few setbacks but nothing she couldn’t handle. One year before I sold my house I had Brooke come to my house to see it and I asked her what she thought about me sell it and I told her I will get back to her so a year later I decided to sell my house I called her backup and ask her to rewalk to my house and she did.
