Could not have had a better experience as first time home-buyers. Brooke was so knowledgeable and quick to respond to our many questions. She not only helped us buy a home, but she also made sure to educate us. We were the first to put in an offer on our now home, and the sellers accepted right away. We were ecstatic our offer was good enough, that we didn't have to compete. She was a great communicator and even continued to check up on us after we moved in. We highly recommend Brooke if you are planning to buy a new home.
