"Brooke was an outstanding professional who put the needs of her clients first and answered all questions. We had listed with someone before Brooke and it was completely different with Brooke. Brooke was in constant contact with us and she was upfront with her recommendations."
Brooke was amazing to work with when my fiancé and I purchased our first home! She was so knowledgeable, it really put our minds at ease knowing that we had her on our side! We definitely would recommend buying a home with Brooke!
I would consider us to be demanding in our wants. We are an older couple and we knew things we wanted, didn't want and things on which we would not compromise and other things we could forgo. So Brooke's challenge was to manage what could have been perceived as indecisive, flip-floppy and picky. And she knocked it out of the park! Brooke is first and foremost all about her client. She is professional and respectful and personable. She was referring us properties as fast as they hit the market. She was honest and thoughtful in her assessments, prompt in all communication, and above all - always available for us!
I was fortunate enough to have worked with Brooke Ratcliffe. There are not enough words to describe how blown away I was at her professionalism and her attention to detail in every single step of our process. Brooke went above and beyond in every aspect and I could not have been more blessed to have been able to work with such an amazing person. I was approved for FHA financing and it’s not the most attractive loan for buyers but Brooke made it happen! She made her self 100% available whenever I needed her and made sure she answered every single question no matter how big or how small. I never realized how far Brooke actually lived and worked from myself until the day of my final walk thru and thinking back anytime I wanted to see a property she would make that trip no matter what, even if it were only for 15 mins. She showed up every-time and on time. She never once made it seem like it was a bother or that it was inconvenient. Her attention to her clients is always very personal and my children to this day still ask when’s the next time they will get to see Brooke. As it came time for our home to close it was very bittersweet as we had found our dream home but our time with Brooke had come to and end. Thank you Brooke for being the amazing person you are! I hope Lamacchia knows how lucky they are to have someone as incredible as you!
"Brooke was an outstanding realtor. Her professional attitude along with her amazing personality made her a pleasure to work with. From the very first day Brooke listened to our needs and concerns and provided both guidance and feedback to help sell our house quickly . Within the first 3 days our house was both photographed and listed and she had set up multiple showings which resulted in a timely sale. I wish there were more stars to give her! If you are looking to buy or sell your home this is your girl !"
Brooke was so fantastic to work with. As a first time homebuyer, she made the whole process of buying a house so much easier. I would recommend Brooke to anyone in search of a home. You won't regret it.
Brooke was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and helped me both sell my home and buy a new home. During the purchase of my home, Brooke patiently arranged for many showings and once I made an offer, she helped negotiate the work that needed to be done as a result of the home inspection findings. She worked well with the other professionals we needed to work with, including the bank.
Brooke did a great job with the buying process of my new house. Very informative and on time.
"Brooke did a great job on all aspects of this process. She only showed up houses that fit our criteria, she followed up on all questions we had and moved quickly when we found "the one". She has a great relationship with the bank and mortgage officer, as well as with the buyer's agent. Brooke was a great real estate agent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or and/or use her again. Great job Brooke!"
Brooke was always readily available whenever I had questions or concerns about any listings, and she was extremely knowledgeable about what to look for when purchasing a home. She was honest and reliable about helping my husband and I find our first home. She didn't pressure us into anything, and never made us feel like we were being a burden by requesting to see a million homes!!
Brooke was great! She always answered our question and got back to us fast. Can’t thank her enough for helping us find our first home! I highly suggest working with Brooke to find your home.
"Brooke was awesome through the entire process. She was patient and accommodating during what is typically a very stressful experience. She was knowledgable, always available for questions, and certainly an advocate for us throughout the purchase. She has even gone as far as to stay in touch afterwards to ensure we are settling in. I definitely recommend her, and wouldn't hesitate to contact her in the future."
