As first-time homebuyers, we wanted to make sure we found the right fit for our realtor. We searched through online reviews, took recommendations from family and spoke with multiple realtors in the area but were impressed with Brooke from the very start. When we reached out based on her awesome reviews, she offered to meet us in person and took the time to answer all our questions and go over the process in detail. Brooke is extremely communicative and responds quickly, is kind and friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy and always made us feel like we were her only clients at the time (when I know that wasn't the case)! She helped us hit the ground running on our home search and coordinated viewings of all the homes we wanted to see very quickly so we had the best shot at making an offer. We liked the MLS site she uses compared to others we've seen and she would proactively send some homes our way if she noticed they fit what we were looking for. She was flexible to attend viewings with us and always followed up with any additional info we requested about a home. Once we found our home, Brooke helped us submit an offer that was accepted out of multiple offers, helped us negotiate successfully after the inspection and coordinated behind the scenes with all involved in our purchase to make it happen smoothly. She is well connected to other local professionals - other agents, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, etc and always provided recommendations based on who she's worked with before. If we found someone outside of her recommendations we wanted to work with, she was happy to work with them and we heard from everyone involved how impressed they were with Brooke. We were anxious going into the homebuying process but Brooke helped us learn, made it fun and painless! We're grateful we found Brooke and know much of our success is due to having her on our team! Brooke was absolutely amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable, any questions we had during our house searching/ buying process she had the answers. She also made sure that we understood what was going on through the entire process. Brooke has a really good grasp of the market and what it’s doing. She’s also very detailed oriented, organized and patient. We have used Brooke now on our third transaction with our houses and I couldn’t think of calling anyone else if I could (we now live out of state and couldn’t bring her with us). We got an acceptable offer before the open house, but Brooke still came over to catch the people that didn’t see the cancellation to explain and stayed the whole time. She’s that dedicated.
