In today's real estate market, it's hard to find someone who truly cares. Brooke is the exception to this standard. She whole heartedly cares about her clinets and makes every attempt to work at their level and understanding. Not only that, she is VERY positive and takes direction and gives advise when required. She's sharp, on point, and extremely responsive. If you're buying, DON'T waste your time with a sellers agent. They coax you in and burn you. Brooke works mostly with buyers and cares deeply about them. In summary, ensure you ask who your agents priorities are. If they're not the buyer, you have a problem. Brooke is the buyers agent for all people, pick her and you will be in very good hands.
