Professional, friendly, and easy to work with

Brooke was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. It was easy to get ahold of her through text and email for anything. She was very organized and kept me updated as she worked through scheduling showings, finding houses that fit my needs, and advising me through making offers. Brooke was definitely knowledgeable about the Toledo area and also made great use of her team and resources to find any information and input needed to supplement that knowledge. Probably the most appealing part of working with her though was that I didn't feel like I was working with a salesperson trying to push me to make a sale or go out of my budget. Brooke is very chill, and she was very "real" about things- even the dud houses were fun to go see with her, as she could clock all the elements of a landlord special. I definitely recommend Brooke as your realtor!
