Brooke was amazing to work with. Since we were selling our first home from afar we were pretty nervous. Brooke made us feel like we were taken care of. She answered all of our many questions, helped out anytime we needed something, walked us through every step of the way. We had some hiccups and Brooke helped us navigate things. She went above and beyond helping us sell our home. I would use her services again.

We were very fortunate to have found Brooke Gross. She met with us at our mother’s house and she proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the local market and home sales. We were concerned that we would be out of state with our mother already living in her new place. Not to worry, Brooke made the process incredibly easy. She even took the extra steps of staging certain things for us and having professional photographs taken. She was always very communicative about everything. She is a true professional and genuinely nice person. You would be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

We closed on our home this Wednesday past. The process of our search and securing a home was arduous ,lengthy and full of pot holes to be avoided at all costs. Brooke was steadfastly in our corner through out ( even when it appeared it might be for naught as it was no given I would survive). She never let up once ! A whole host of Cs come to mind when describing your agent vis-a-vie my experience: calm, compassionate caring, creative,competent completely prepared at all times, and almost immediately responsive to our queries/needs. She sure earned this commission and I hope you reward her generously for a job well done. It’s not a question of if I would recommend her to others , she and you may count on it.

Ms. Gross was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area and also how to best market our home. She was always responsive to any requests that we had. We sold our house in 11 days and we believe it was in large part due to her expertise.
