HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Brooke has been absolutely amazing! My wife and I are relocating to California back to the Chicago area and Brooke helped us purchase a house in the north shore- all done primarily through the phone, email and FaceTime. She scored us an amazing deal on the house and saved us a ton of money. I was happy at a particular price point, but Brooke insisted we could get an even better deal. She has great connections, so working with an inspector and lawyer will be easy and effortless with no hassle. Also, Brooke made herself available any time for questions and made it out to the burbs even though she’s based in the city. I was so happy that I set my parents up with her, and she got them an amazing deal in Vernon Hills. My dad, who has bought and sold several homes over the past 40 years, remarked that he had never worked with someone who was as skilled in negotiation as Brooke. Brooke makes the home buying process incredibly easy...will be returning to her if and when we move on to a new house!

Brooke is an established and experience real estate professional. She helped us buy our first condo and now she assisted us in the sale of that condo and purchase of a new home. She makes the process very easy and straightforward. She staged and photographed our condo for sale and helped us navigate a difficult negotiation with buyers. My boyfriend and I worked with Brooke to purchase our first condo in Chicago this past Spring. We started off with a wide search area looking for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, but ended up narrowing our search to primarily Lakeview/Lincoln Park. Brooke was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and pricing in these areas (and all of Chicago). We found out quickly how competitive this part of the city is in our price range. In a sellers market, it's important to have a realtor who has your best interest and is well connected. Brooke showed us many properties off market through her network and provided guidance and direction on how to make our offers more competitive to help us win the sale. We felt she really listened to our wants/needs in a new home, towards the end of our search she knew what we wanted more than we even did. :) Working with Brooke exceeded my expectations, she was extremely professional and responsive. In such a fast moving market these are important qualities! I would recommend her to all my friends/family looking for homes in Chicago. We are so thankful!
