Brodie Stephens started his career as a store manager for a few large and well-known retail organizations. He soon realized that with his entrepreneurial personality and spirit, retail management was not enough. He went on to open and manage several successful businesses in the late 1990's, and while always cultivating an interest in real estate investing, he knew he was meant for something greater.
He found a new sense of being in the early 2000's when he obtained his real estate license and worked for GMAC Real Estate. In one year, Brodie proudly became the Top Listing and Sales Agent for his office. Shortly after, he took a position within the company as their Executive Vice President. There he grew the team of 30 agents to a team of over 100, and being responsible for overseeing the operations of 5 offices, Brodie became adept at skills from recruiting, technology implementation, human resources, strategic planning and more. Brodie later owned and operated his own Realty World Franchise, which included four offices with over 100 agents.
Brodie was a Broker-Associate and Branch Leader for CENTURY 21 Select Real Estate, in Folsom for 5 years. Although born and raised in Placerville, he has lived in El Dorado Hills for over 17 years. He currently specializes in Residential Resale and Luxury Home Resale. With his long history of success in management and sales he also the Director of Career Development of the Select Academy, a real estate education arm of the Select Group of Companies.
