My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were intimidated by entering the competitive CO market. Brock made it SO easy! He was able to explain the nuances of what to look for when buying a home and how to make our offer more competitive. He was also extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us buy a home we would love. Another great thing about Brock in particular is he has a great eye for remodeling and what you can do with a space ( we knew we would probably need to buy a fixer upper to some extent). At the end of the day Brock helped us buy a home we’re excited about, in a neighborhood we love, and within our budget. He made what can be scary process very easy and enjoyable. We even needed up with some equity going into our home on closing day! I wouldn’t want to do this process with anyone else!
