Being first-time buyers on a short sale was a stressful experience to say the least, but Brittney did a great job helping us understand and navigate the process, from understanding the market, to choosing our place, to dealing with brokers and inspectors with us. There was no purchase pressure from her (in fact, she still took us on house tours a few weeks into the short sale to make sure we were 100% happy with the house we bought) and no unwillingness or hesitation to handle some of the more difficult aspects of the process. 0/10 want to buy a house on short sale ever again, but 10/10 would use Brittney should we choose to do so.

Brittney is very reliable and was always in our corner when we had an issue. We were first time home buyers with little knowledge and a quick closing deadline, and we would've been lost without her knowledge. She is easy to get a hold of and always quick to answer a question. Highly recommended!
