We met Brittany after touring a house she was selling in Lenoir City. We missed out on the house, but Brittany stayed in touch over the next 6 months, while I built my employment history, and we found the right home for our family. Once we did, Brittany helped us get the sellers to reduce the sale price, cover most of the closing costs, as well as her fees to get us the lowest downpayment possible. She also put us in touch with Bigfoot Mortgage; a wonderful mortgage lending company, that was willing to work with a newcomer to the state, with limited employment history. She was highly professional, personable, and went above and beyond to get us into our dream home.
